Just had lunch again today at Coho and tried a new dish on their "special" sheet?a generous serving of smoked chicken in a creamy sauce with soft goat cheese, mushrooms, spinach and a touch of seasoning served over penne pasta. It?s sinfully rich so I?d recommended a nice white wine as accompaniment. The waiter explained that the chicken is smoked fresh on the premises by their chef, so that it?s never dry when served (as can often happen to smoked chicken).

I really enjoyed the pit-roasted salmon; perfectly cooked, not overdone the way most places prepare it. The sauce was incredible. My friend had one of the specials, a steak stir fry that was so gorgeous I had to try it myself.
Service was great too, which for a busy cafe was a pleasant surprise. Its clearly a popular place to eat, so come early or late for lunch if you're in a hurry and don't want to wait for a seat..
