What a disaster! Went in for cut & color and came out with black hair. The staff was reluctant to correct the problem, then I was charged extra to correct. It is still not at all what I requested or expected. They blamed the condition of my hair on the poor lighting of the salon-it would look better once I went outside or home where there was better lighting. After insisting there was a huge problem with the color of my hair, I was then told it didn't matter because it would all wash out and fade in about a week anyways. What happened to looking and feeling gorgeous when you walk out of the salon? I certainly did not feel or look anything close to gorgeous when I walked out of Taylor Stevens! I was appalled and disappointed with the response and service I received from the staff and supervisor. My hair is a complete disaster and I'm still trying to figure out how I am going to get it fixed. Not to mention that I also had to pay for this horrid experience!!
