Three of us in Feb. 08, stopped by the Day Spa to make an appt. (48hrs) advance. Upon arrival to the day spa, we were first ask when the ran our C/C if we would like to add Gratuity(No service rendered yet). We get to the waiting room to find 3 spa employees talkin amongst themself trying to figure out who should do what, when and one wanted to go first so she could go to a class. We get to the rooms, no privacy , no lockers, no robes, OK, we had ask for a Mini Day Spa, two of us ask for Reflexology, that person did not show up - so we were offered an extra step on our facial. One of us ask for a Pedicure - oops, that person didn't show up either - OK, the tub was broke down, so couldn't use that - One of us ask for an hour massage - nope that didn't happen either. At best this was dissapointing, a real rip off, totally unprofessional facility and staff. There are many nice spas to go to in Santa Fe, Please Beware of this one -
