This place does not even deserve one star.
Every review on here has it right. I dropped my 42' LG LCD off the last week of Jan 08, well its Mar 13 today and still no TV. First two weeks all I heard was "the tech has not looked at it yet, I'll call you with the problem after he looks at it". Well, no call...ever. Then it was "we put an order in for a part". And today it was "we put and order in for another part yesterday, I'll give you a call with an update". Again, I have not received one call from this place since I dropped of my TV.
There is NO reason anyone should ever use this place to repair anything of value to them. To have a $5,000 Flatpanel sitting in this crappy place for a month and a half so far is ridiculous. But now I sit and wait at their mercy.
