My husband bought me a gift certifacate for Christmas from the Spa at Cinco Ranch. It was a spa package that included a lunch. There were some services on the gift certificate that I didnt want to do, so I called the spa and talked to the friendly front desk staff and they informed me that I was not limited to what was on the gift card. I could do any service I desired. The girls at the front desk help me coordinate exacailly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience then the one at The Spa at Cinco ranch. The staff was so helpful and informative it made coordinating my Spa day a breeze.
