They have a large selection with a mixed-bag of "qualified" salesmen. Make sure you ask for someone who knows their products if the salesperson you get is "fumbling" around like ours was, it will save you some time. Promises...the product we ordered was not on the floor. If you purchase something at the warehouse (right there in the store) be prepared for next day delivery. We purchased something from the manufacturer and were told 4 weeks to delivery , allow 6 just to to be safe. Here it is 8 weeks later and we have not received our product. It's the manufacturer, not them we're told. Thankfully, to ease our discomfort and impatience we were sent a loaner while we wait. This is exemplary customer service in my opinion. We really appreciate being loaned furniture while we wait. The prices are great. You're not getting Ethan Allen or Thomasville, but they have a huge selection and some really nice stuff. The quality is decent enough. We expect if "the manufacturer" didn't mess up again,
