The front desk has never been anything but polite and attentive, but sometimes people fail to see how overwhelmed they are at times. The veterinary techs and assistants have always been more than helpful, gracious and knowledgeable and the doctors have treated my special needs pets more than adequately. Through many a hospitalization, never once did I fail to receive a phone call or 2 from the attending doctor updating their care. This is a huge practice with a full service hospital and ER and their pricing is fair. Having spent many a day,evening & overnight there I would not trust my animals to anyone else.
