I called this locksmith from NY for my older parents who live in aventura. The man on the phone was very polite and gave me a quote on the phone. I was concerned, but a locksmith showed up an hour later and, put my parents at ease and completed an installation of 2 new locks as we had discussed on the phone. The owner even called me after the installation to follow up! (I guess he could detect my nervousness). I would highly recommend this locksmith.
