I took my truck with a flat tire to BBT to have it fixed. I dropped it off and the guy at the desk said it would take about 20 min. to fix. An hour and 20 minutes later i asked him how much longer (i had to go to work) and it wasnt in the shop yet.
I understand that it was a busy Friday, but a heads up would have been nice.
