My family and I were looking forward to horseback riding in crater of Mt. Haleakala and made a reservation with the owner, Brian Kramer, over email. He confirmed in writing. When we called to confirm the night before, he denied we ever made a reservation in spite of his email confirmation to us. Brian dropped the ball and we didn't get to ride in Maui.
