This is probably the best pie in town, but the competition is not all that great in SD. Just moved from New York City and this is as close to NYC pie as you'll get. But realize that there is a joint like this on EVERY block in all the five bouroughs in NYC. I knew it wasnt completely authentic because when I asked for ""two slices"", instead of warming up two cheese slices, the guy asked, ""uh...what kind?"" Still good to see that there is a reliable pie in town. PS. Do not order the pizza at the Venetian restaurant.\r
