I am not in San Fran but was looking for something so specific- had manufacturer, name and color number- that if I had not been hung up on someone could have let me know if they even carried that brand of fabric. The woman who answered the phone just told me I had to come in and hung up. If you want to be treated rudely, give them a call. On the other hand, Britex took great care of me (as usual) and had what I need. I like to spread the love and use a variety of sources, but this number will not be saved in my phone.
