As a Texan, I love a good steak. I've been frequenting Chez Zee for many years, and I certainly have my favorite dishes (Gorgonzola pasta !!). But while dining there last week, I noticed a new dish. A Ribeye topped with a merlot and boursin sauce. I ordered it medium rare and I should have taken a picture. I've never had a steak come out so perfectly medium rare. The topping was heavenly and didn't overpower the great cut of beef. This was honestly one of the best steaks I have EVER had in my life. I really hope it stays on their menu. I pretty much ignored my friends at the table. I was in Elysian Fields of steak. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
Pros: Ribeye!
Cons: A bit of a drive from my neighborhood.
