I love Vietnamese restaurants and I am so happy to see another one open, especially since this restaurant is so close to ASU. I wasn't impressed with the neon sign either, but was pleasantly surprised by the clean and welcoming decor of Noodles Ranch. I was glad our young server was so polite and patient. He pleasantly obliged to our request for more time with the menu. The pho ($6.50) was delicious and was reasonably priced, although I might get a bigger bowl next time. The Banh Tom Co Ngu ($7.50) the deep fried shrimp and sweet potato tempura was fantastic and is very similar to how my mom makes it at home. It came out piping hot and was very crispy. If you like french fries, this is a great appetizer to try. Overall, I was really impressed with the service, decor, and of course the food. This was just my first time here, but I would highly recommend it to anyone craving Vietnamese food. I used to love another Viet restaurant in Chandler, but Noodles Ranch is soon becoming a favorite.
Pros: food is tasty, service is pleasant, and bathroom is clean
Cons: maybe a larger bowl of pho?
