The service we at Millpointe have been getting from our management company, Impac & their/our onsite property manager, Donna M. Donna has friends & family in this community & if you aren't one of them then you dont get much assistance from our management company. Donna has comitted fraud to protect her family members so the damage they caused could wrongfull be blamed on another unit owner. When I went to Bert & Acella Smith (Impac owners) & informed them of Donna's actions of course Donna lied. I then showed the city reports to Bert & Acella in writing & they did nothing but to cover for Donna. The community wants Donna removed bc of her actions but Bert/Acella Smith won't address the issue any further. The board is meeting next month to make a motion to remove Donna as property manager of Millpointe. We feel Impac should have saw the facts & clearly saw their property manager comitted fraud by calling the plumbers & asked them to write a work order stating another unit was in fault when in fact it was Donna's daughter in law's unit that had a water leak. Bert/Acella recieved an email from the city of Edison stating Donna called them & asked them to issue a citation to unit 177 & not 197 (197 belonging to her daughter in law). With these facts clear as day Bert/Acella refuse to respond any further & refuse to replace Donna as property manager. Bert/Acella Smith own units in this development but do not live here. They are only interested in raising the value of the units they own & not the betterment & safety of the community. There is a new board of directors election supposed to take place, but Bert is stalling bc when we have a full board we will be firing Impac. The community of Millpointe are outraged with Bert/Acella/Donna's misactions & they are going to be fired when there is a full board. in the meantime Bert keeps stalling. There are several Better Business Bereau complaints that have been recently reported against impac due to their shadyness.\r
