AKA Hyde Park Photography. Owned by a husband and wife (team of only the two of them) the Videography work was FABULOUS the photography was average. I hired them for my wedding and will unfortunately stop there. I am a big fan of customer service and when I spend over 5 grand for a photographer for my wedding day I want you to return my phone calls. I almost let them keep my deposit and went with another photographer two weeks before my wedding. If it hadn't been so close to my wedding I probably would have. Them not returning phone calls - ever, and needing to call them several times before you get them will most likely make them have a very short lived business. People wise they are very nice but when you are talking about thousands of dollars you expect a returned phone call at least within that week. It has even come down to my husband driving down there and sitting outside their office.
