We were skeptical about the unusual crust, but were totally won over by the friendly owners, the great music and beer, and above all, the top-notch ingredients and delicious pizza. The Quatro Formaggio is the best cheese pizza I've had in ages. The sturdy yet light crust holds up well under the tons of gooey cheese, and the chunky tomato sauce is put on top of the cheese (genius) so that the tomatoes get a bit roasted. This place is the perfect antidote to that annoying trend of ""artisan"" bakeries skimping out on the toppings. This pizza is very hearty and absolutely delicious!
