I wish I would have read the reviews before I made my reservations. My experience is exactly the same as many of the other patrons that have given a one star rating. My family was completely ignored by the wait staff, we have never seen such poor service, empty water glasses, pouring our own wine, and long, long intervals between taking our orders and delivery. \r
Also, be very careful of the bill. When we noticed the bill was incorrect, overcharges for our meals and our wines. We brought this to the owners attention, as well as the poor service. He was completely arrogant, just smiling and saying ""you must pay the bill"". He had no concern whatsoever for the poor service or the error in the bill.\r
We have told all of our friends in Dallas about our experience and will never return. \r
There is so many good places and newer places to go in Dallas; why would anyone choose this restaurant with all of the bad reviews. Don't take a chance on a terrible evening.
Pros: None, owner is arrogant, reason enough not to go.
Cons: Service is far below other restaurants, dishonest staff, look over your bill.
