I brought my computer in on a Wednesday and he said he would try to have the part by Monday. The part got in just 2 days later on Friday and he installed it that day within a few hours! Great service and gives suggestions on other computer enhancements but does not tell you things that are wrong with your computer that are not. Prices are fair as well.
