I thought they provided great service......until I took my computer back a week later. They offered to fix it......for another $75. I found out at another computer shop that they had not installed all the updates they should have. This left my system vulnerable to viruses, of course it got them, froze up, and is now worthless.
Pros: nice first time
Cons: keep charging
