I was impressed with the friendly service and decent prices - AT FIRST. Unfortunately, the service and prices continued to worsen, but I continued to go there in hopes that I would start to get some perks for being a repeat customer. At one point they had given me a laundry list of things that needed attention - in which I fixed - (approx $300 the first time, $500 the second time). 3 weeks later my car screeched, and came to a dying halt in the middle of rush hour traffic. I had it towed back to Penn Garage and found that my timing belt had broken which in turn had bent all my valves - completely kililng my engine. Don't you think after a laundry list of things they fixed for over $800, he'd notice my timng belt??? The car only had 80K miles - and is now in a junk yard because of this negligence. I have more negative stories with my previous visits - but I think this one pretty much takes the cake.

Cons: ummmm - my car is dead because of them
