The food is fantastic. I go there at least once a month and up to once or twice a week, and I bring guests from out of town as well as family. The preparation of the dishes is incredibly consistent so that I can count on having my favorites served the same way every time. Excellent Tandoori Chicken, excellent Chicken 65, excellent Chana Masala, excellent bread (naan and paratha) and rice dishes, and excellent Kulfi deserts (especially the Chickoo). Beyond all this, the staff will recognize you after you eat a few meals there and remember your likes and dislikes, and make special suggestions.\r

Bottom line: this place is extremely popular and is always busy. It looks like a school cafeteria (although it recently has been updated with some nice paintings and touches of decor) and it only has counter service, so don't be surprised that it doesn't look like a typical 4-star restaurant or that the staff at the counter sometimes needs to take your order and move on. Even given all this, you'll have a great meal and a great time.
