I had my car towed the other night....my fault. I had to go get the car and the folks there were a group of thugs...I didn't get a receipt (which tells me perhaps some the $114.00 cash was stuffed into pockets).
Pros: they DO answer the phone at 1 a.m.
Cons: overcharge and are reckless while towing vehicles
