In response to the other review, I don't know the other side of the story on this, but I don't know why the builder didn't just tell the buyer that the 1-year home warranty only covers the actual house structure. By state law, the experior concrete and landscaping are not required to be covered. I would not recommend taking it to court, it will just get thrown out. And court is expensive.
