I had been a customer of this business for 5 years before I had a problem with them. Since September 2007 they have wrongfully billed my account. I have made repeated attempts (in excess of 50) to contact them to resolve these issues. IF you can ever even can get a human on the phone they just say ""we're auditing your account"" or ""we'll look into it and someone will call you back"" and they never once have called me back in over 6 months. I have attempted to cancel my account. I have filed complaints with several public entities. I have been unable to get any customer service. I have had wrong billing for 6 months. I have been unable to get my money back. The company is non responsive. If this is how they treat their customers, I'm worried that my house was never safe in their ""security"". DO NOT USE! BEWARE!
