I have shopped in this store on and off for at least 10 years and NEVER have they been pleasant. The employees or owners are always RUDE! They are condescending and unhelpful. Customers are made to feel like they are an inconvenience.
Pros: Used stuff at reasonable prices
Cons: poor service
