While all of the sales clerks at Baby Grand were very pleasant to work with and willing to research questions my husband and I will never be back, and will discourage anyone we know from patronizing this shop.
Pros: Not a big box store, cute things
Cons: Delivering on what they promise, customer follow through, spendy, only high end options
