I purchased a new snowblower from Allen Lawnmower. From the start, it had problems with the auger and an oil leak. They had the unit for the entire summer without getting to the bottom of things. This winter it has spent weeks being ""repaired"" (twice), forcing me to shovel snow by hand. The onus is on the customer to make multiple calls. The machine is now in my garage, still not working properly. I am waiting for them to ""get right out"" to my place to pick it up again. It has been over two weeks. It's time to start calling again, I suppose. I would recommend Allen's to those with plenty of disposable income, patience, and friendly neighbors with power tools you can borrow.
