Two words, DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL, from the moment I arrived until the time I drove away. I was greeted by some creepy dude who totally googles and hits on me, then promises to have my vehicle detailed in an hour to an hour and a half. Almost three hours later, I get keys to my greese smug covered car. During the three hours I see employees use profanity, take $ from the cash register, complain about not getting some raise, and speak to one anouther about me in spanish (assuming I suppose that I do not understand). After getting lines from different employees and managment about how they had cars break down, or I wasn't actually told an hour and must be confused, I asked for the owner and was refused any contact info. I tell a few friends and neighbors and get all kinds of similar storys. It's worth the drive to go anywhere else.
