My lady & I had dinner reservations @ Blackfish on 3.15.08 for 8:30pm. We were seated shortly after arriving at that time. A small table tucked into an alcove on the front side of the establishment. One of the specials was Alaskan king salmon - which I opted for. It was sublime! Cooked to perfection & about a pound of meat. Served over wild rice & cooked spinach. It was topped with a roasted red pepper sauce that complimented it well. The salad dressing was a vinaigrette that made the mixed greens sing. My girl got a bay shrimp pasta dish that was quite tasty. Our drinks were mixed very well. The wine by the glass selection was minimal, but just what was needed. Desert? WOW! Home made ding dongs that were the size of coffee cans! & there were 2 of them?! incredible.
