Oswego City School district is proposing over 550,000 dollars in cuts to take place at the high school alone. The music program especially the strings program will take the biggest cut. There is only two schools in the county that offers a string program. The superintendent is useless. The sports program targets only certain people and will be left intact . Walk throught the halways on rainy days and you can see ceiling tiles that are ready to fall from being soaked with leaks on the roof depsite spending millions to have a new system put in.
