Last summer, I stopped in at Studio Lotus in search of a place close to home where I could get help on starting a Pilates practice. As someone who has done yoga for 20 years, I was interested in deepening my core muscles to improve my yoga, my posture, my overall feeling of strength and flexibility. I now go twice a week and work with two terrific trainers, Ann and Gigi. I'm so impressed with the trainers and their level of experience, their gift at subtle guidance, their ability to know just when to expand my practice to include something new and challenging. I feel stronger and look leaner. I highly recommend Studio Lotus -- whether you're already fit or are just beginning.
