I too have seen Dr. Kreutter for many years, but after one too many awful experiences with the support staff I have decided to change doctors. I have had trouble getting records, been treated very badly on the phone and pretty much feel that anything I ask for will result in hostile attitude from the front desk. They were even unwilling to call my husbands alergy doctor in another town to confirm his need of medication. Instead we were told that he would have to come in for tests in 2 weeks to be performed by their office when this condition has been previously diagnosed by a specialist! Luckily, we were able to have the specialist call the prescription in directly. My husband would have suffered a serious reaction to the antibiotics he was scheduled to use during oral surgery.
