I've gone there plenty of times and the results were always great except for the last time i went and they turned my hair ORANGE!! I spent $175....it should not be orange!!! Seriously for paying $175 it just didnt look like it!! so i called them and they were willing to fix it for me....and by fixing it they meant putting more bleach in my hair which turned it even more orange!! the girl said there was nothing else she could do! i'm never going back there again because they obviously don't know what they're doing if $175 gets you orange hair and that's the best they can do...
