I have spent thousands of hours waiting for personal assistance and trying on frames. At 10/10, I received immediate personal assistance and Ruth was right on the money with a frame! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. 10/10 mixes the great aspects of optician shops ""they way the used to be"" with 21st technology -- great personal service; warm, welcoming, professional environment; great selection; and cameras/monitors that allow you to instantly see different frames on your face.
