I signed for Utopia to rent out my condo at the beginin of 2007 and they have done a WONDERFUL job! Unfortunately I will be moveing back in to my condo in a couple of months and will be canceling my contract with them. Thank you for the wonderful job you have done and I am sure I will be using Utopia again.
