I have never ever experienced such poor customer service from an alterations company since living in Sacramento. I chose this place since they advertise Expert Alterations for St. John Knits on their window. However, the St. John Knit slacks I had "taken in," were not completed properly and with jagged stitches, and still 1 size too big. The other St. John slacks were hemmed with jagged and bunched up stitches. I asked for 1/2 refund (I did not want to give them another chance to botch up $800.00 worth of pants) since some work had been completed. The reply I received was "I don't see anything wrong" so I'm not giving you your money back. Then she said, "knit moves that's why the stitching is jagged.
