The staff were great and made me feel very comfortable. I have been to other spas that made me feel like uncomfortable because it was sooooo snobby. This one was nice and professional, but not uncomfortable. The facial and massage my hubby and I recieved were just ok but I think it my have been because I am just not into sweedish. My hubby loved it and he is a "guys guy" so they must have done something right! It is in a wierd location so ask for landmarks when you get directions!
