I used Ram Waste for 13 years and thought I was a valued customer. Out of the blue they missed almost THREE weeks of picking up my trash. Each time I called and was told they'd get it either on the next pickup, which didn't happen. I could never get a straight answer as to why my trash was missed and I finally cancelled service. Since no one bothered to accurately record that my trash hadn't been picked up for weeks or that I called numerous times, I was denied a full refund of my money because I had received one week of service that month and their policy was no partial refunds. Never mind the fact that the reason I cancelled was THEIR fault. Infuriating and typical. Great customer service is a thing of the past.
