Was told the appointment may take up to two hours. Waited two hours and I was not seen. Inquired with employee regarding how much longer I would have to wait for service. She was polite and told me I would be seen in five minutes. Waited ten minutes and was not seen. Inquired of employee again and was told it would be five more minutes. Waited 15 more minutes and finally had to leave without ever having been seen nor was I offered an explanation for the long delay. This is the second time I have used this facility. The first time the wait was over an hour but service was rendered. This time neither service nor information was provided. The organization is inefficient and has no regard for the patients' time. Would not use this facility again.
