When asked, what is your goal my reply was, I just want to be able to walk the dogs. Having had foot and knee surgery, and a weight of 225 lbs. my life centered around pain. Mr. C, as he is known around the house, evaluated the whole situation and got me started with physical therapy, resistance training and a nutrition program. The end results are that the dogs have a hard time keeping up with me now. In 8 months I lost 85 lbs, regained strength and balance, and about 95% of the pain is gone.
