Unfortunately, I have come out extremely dissatisfied with Hubcaps. I've ordered from them twice. The first time I received my burger swimming in the juice from the coleslaw and though I love me some slaw I despise a soggy bun. The second time I didn't get my meal till 2 1/2 hours after I ordered it. First the driver called at about an hour and a half in and informed me his car wouldn't start so it should be about 10 mins till he got to my work. Great, I understand a car not starting. I asked him if my food would still be hot and he assured me he had new food made. Over a half hour later I had still not received my food, so I called Hubcaps directly. They told me he would be only a min more and offered no apology or discount for inconvenience. My meal arrived 10 min's later complete with a traffic excuse and to my benefit coleslaw on the side of my cold burger.
