I ordered flowers the day before Valentine's day. I called at 8:10 a.m. the next day to confirm they will get the flowers there early in the day (the delivery was only blocks away). They confirmed they would. When I arrived home at 7:40 p.m. the flowers were not there. When I called both people were extremely rude. They said they were busy and would get them there ""eventually"". They blamed me saying I should know better as this is a very busy day. I told them to cancel the order.\r
I later realized that they had done the same thing on my friend's birthday 2 years before and had actually delivered the day after the delivery date. They are rude, irresponsible, and undependable!
