The customer follow through/service experience with Mini of South Atlanta is TERRIBLE!\r
After I left them with my money, I was instantly forgotten. A few months after the purchase, one of my tires blew out and I called Mini Roadside Assistance to get towed to the nearest dealer. Imagine my surprise when they told me I was not the owner of my vehicle and so they could not tow my MINI. After speaking with the customer service person on the phone for several minutes I finally found out that the car had been registered in someone else's name prior to my having bought it. And although that purchase never went through, their name was still attached to my VIN number. \r

After spending nearly an hour on the phone with the representative, I was finally able to (through begging and stretching the truth) get in the queue to be towed, but by then, the dealership was closing until the next day AND the car rental agency on the dealer lot that would have been able to give me a loaner car was closed until Monday. AND there was snow coming the next day (for Atlanta this is a HUGE weather catastrophe).\r

After all this, I called Mini of South Atlanta to find out why my name wasn't attached to my car's VIN in the MINI system and also to get that corrected. But Amanda told me that she'd call me back the next day.Needless to say, I called her several times but got her voicemail. Never once a return phone call. A week later, I called back again and received another promise of a callback from her or her manager, but nothing came of that. The following day, I called back and asked for the manager directly. He tried to be nice however it quickly became obvious that he as didn't know how to handle the situation. \r

Even though this dealership is cheaper than the rest (in my experience buying parts), I'll quickly pay the extra money and go to another dealership to have better customer service.\r

Pros: Airport Park and Ride
Cons: Cheaper parts
