I have recommended the Nutrition Twins book to many people who have given me positive feedback. The reason I suggested the book is because it is easy to follow and makes sense for every day life. It is the easy guide to weight loss. The trick is that one has to follow it precisely; not just part of it, all of it. The ideas, recipes, and food suggestions (whole wheat pasta and pizza) are so interesting and tasty. When I first started the book, I hadn't eaten as many vegetables and foods (grilled eggplant, asparagus, shitake noodles) as I do now. In addition, I cook more - which can be a lot of fun. The book is friendly and easy to use - but it's only good when followed. The Nutrition Twins however are so approachable and actually make dieting fun; keeping a food diary, monitoring weight, and having new food combinations with every meal; healthy ones. The only thing is that once you get started, you may start evaluating how other people eat (to yourself of course) and think how horrible it is - - but it will only make you feel better about yourself.
