I was TRICKED by their high reviews, of which I believe 95% are clearly written by them! I find it suspicious when I see constant rave reviews all saying the same thing, none saying anything negative. I believe the owners of Computronics do not give customers the respect they deserve, and pay hard earned money for. \r

Hey, they roped me in. But don't let it happen to you. I took my computer in for a reformat and its been nothing but problems since. I had to endure being hung up on and spoken to like I was a nusiance for even questioning their work, and when I got into the store was pointed at while the owner refused to talk to me directly but talked at me incessantly without stopping. I was told they would fix it for no charge, then told I had to pay another $45 on top of the $160 I originally paid them, plus the time I wasted in the process. \r

Stay away. I'm on a mission to not let Computronics continue to fool people with what I believe is self-penned praise on various websites. I'm hoping they will learn that you don't get repeat customers by treating them poorly.
