I have had nothing but aggravation from this bakery. The person that I spoke to (I think she's new) on the phone was extremely rude and juvenile and didn't know how to answer any of my questions. The cakes that I saw in the front of the bakery were pretty, but nothing exciting. I tasted some of their cake at the Bridal Show at the State Fairgrounds, and it was dry and unappealing. It tasted like cake mix. A friend of mine got her wedding cake from this bakery, and she mentioned that the owner, Ford, was very short with her and seemed like she just wanted her money and didn't care about her as a person. I won't be getting my wedding cake from this bakery. It seems that the bakery could step it up quite a bit in organization and customer service.
