for valentine's day, i went to custenborders florist to get my wife a ballon arrangement for Valentine Day. This was on Monday Feb 11 and it was to be delivered on Feb 14 at her place of employment at a local high school. IT WAS WAS NEVER DELIVERED!! It wasn't delivered on Friday either. They said they would deliver it to our our house on Saturday, IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED!!. I went to them and asked them for my money back. They said they were told to cancel the order. That was NOT TRUE. We never asked them cancel the order in fact they told my wife they would give her a complinentary gift in lieu of mistake. I TOLD THEM I WANTED MY MONEY BACK! i'M STILL WAITING FOR THE MONEY. I SAY NEVER,EVER GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET ANY FLOWER OR BALLON ARRANGEMENTS. This was once a fine establishment to get flowers or ballons. I say it isn't now!!!!!!!!!!!!! \r
