Lisa was sooooo wonderful. She really knows her stuff and did a terrific job ""extracting"" (that means painless but thorough) while tending to my highly sensitive skin. This was the best facial I've had and I have frequented all the day spas in NY for years...but no more! I've found my new home! I must say, there was absolutely NO pressure to buy any products but I found Lisa very knowledgeable about all products for all skin types. Lisa helped me change my routine with confidence and not costing a fortune and my skin already looks healthier and younger. I can't wait to go back...and I, too, booked my next appointment before leaving. \r
