After 3!! on hold times, two customer service reps (I use the term customer service rep lightly,) and an EXTRA fee, I was finally allowed to make my payment over the phone. After the HUGE deposit, the ""inspection"" hassle (which was due to the incompetence of the service rep,) the bad customer service, and the high prices; I would think that having a customer trying to make a payment would be a joyous occasion.
